Cancellations are only accepted as long as the orders have not been dispatched. Please note that there is 5% restocking fee of the total order value for order cancellations, to cover administration costs. We are unable to cancel those orders that have been fulfilled and dispatched.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can amend the issue. For items that are faulty, please note that we will need to inspect the product first and decide to either repair, send replacement parts, or refund.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards and change of minds.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We can only offer exchange should you change your minds within 7 days of purchased.
