Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted as long as the orders have not been dispatched. Please note that there is 10% restocking fee of the total order value for order cancellations, to cover administration costs. We are unable to cancel those orders that have been fulfilled and dispatched.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can amend the issue. For items that are faulty, please note that we will need to inspect the product first and decide to either repair, send replacement parts, or refund.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards 

Return and Exchanges

We reserve the right to offer a refund, exchange or in store credit within 14 days of original purchase. Items should be returned with their original receipt, unused and its original packaging (no damage), with all instructions and manuals, and returned together with any free or bonus items that were provided with the item. Please provide receipt when requesting refund/ exchange.

 

For Jellycat and Any Stuff Toys

Return/ exchange is only allowed within 7 days of  purchase. Restocking fee of 10% of purchase price will apply for change of mind items
